About Shipping
All handbag products in our store come with packaging that matches the original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, cards, ribbons, and more. For certain items that do not originally come with a box, we will inform customers in advance, and all items will be packed in cardboard boxes for shipping to prevent deformation during transit.
Before shipment, every item undergoes a second quality inspection after leaving the factory. We will send customers original videos and photos for final confirmation (without any editing or color adjustments). Once the customer confirms that everything is satisfactory, the order will be shipped on the same day. Tracking numbers and tracking websites will be provided via WhatsApp or email.
About Logistics:
All orders include free shipping. After placing an order, confirmation videos are typically sent within 2–4 days before shipment. Most customers receive their packages within 15–18 days. We do not accept urgent orders; if you require expedited shipping or a specific non-standard logistics service, you will need to cover the additional costs yourself. Delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections or changes in tariff policies.
We utilize our own exclusive logistics channels and provide duty-paid shipping services.
Shipping destinations include: The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and regions within Europe (Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Luxembourg, Ireland, and Switzerland), as well as Mexico, Chile, Japan, and South Korea.
Special Notice: We currently do not accept orders from the South Asia, North Africa, or South Africa. If your shipping address is located in these regions, please refrain from placing an order.
